Address Error

If there is any error in the address which you have provided while placing your order, it cannot be changed once the order is shipped. Lifecare Shopping coordinates with courier service providers to resolve the issue; however, if you make an error in the shipping information on your order and if that order is rejected, lost or destroyed Lifecare Shopping will not issue or refund credit of any kind. In case the error can prompt the order back to Lifecare Shopping, then the return shipping cost will be deducted from the cost of the product and a credit note will be issued for the future purpose.

Violation of Laws

We strongly recommend you to get well acquainted with the sales rules, regulations and restrictions of your state. For any kind of order delays due to a violation of rules, restriction, laws of the state, Lifecare Shopping cannot be held responsible.

Customer Refusal

Any product or order if refused by the customer out of any genuine and authentic reason should be sent to Lifecare Shopping warehouse in a good resalable condition. Lifecare Shopping will then refund the cost of the product after deducting the shipping and handling costs and a credit note will be issued to the customer for future use.

Package Loss

It is very rare for a domestic order to be lost in the transportation, but sometimes it may happen. When your order is lost, please report all the details of location, courier selection, and history on Lifecare Shopping. We will take every possible step to help the matter to resolve as early as possible.
